Manager, Cost And Contract Mgt, Projects

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees all procurement activities for the department and serves as the main administrator for the procurement system.
• Support Project Managers in the tendering process by ensuring documents are in order.
• Adhering to and enforcing the department's established procurement policies and procedures.
• Maintain and update vendors information.
• Possess a significant level of autonomy and discretionary powers to ensure adherence to ethical standards across all procurement transactions.
• Collaborate with key professional and technical staff to ensure clarity of the specifications, expectations and timeline.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Building or Quantity Surveying.
• At least 8 years of working experience in the QS Consultancy firm.
• Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Procurement Project Management software will be advantageous.
• Good understanding of construction, materials, pricing and industry tender process.
