1. Your Role in VT Markets

As our Manager, Corporate Strategy (CEO's Office), you will report directly to the CEO and be based in our Singapore headquarters. You will serve as a strategic partner driving both competitive intelligence and operational excellence across VT Markets. This role combines strategic analysis of market trends and competitor landscapes with hands-on process optimization and improvement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with business leads across all departments, providing critical insights that inform strategic decisions while implementing operational enhancements that support our ambitious growth from 360 to 700 employees by end of 2025.

2. Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis of global brokerage firms including business models, product offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning
  • Research and analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and market opportunities to inform strategic planning
  • Develop strategic recommendations and present insights to CEO and senior leadership team
  • Lead business process improvement initiatives across departments to enhance operational efficiency and scalability
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process optimization solutions in collaboration with department heads
  • Design and maintain process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures
  • Manage strategic projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with business leads to streamline cross-functional processes and eliminate redundancies
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure process improvement success
  • Support strategic planning activities and contribute to quarterly and annual business planning cycles
  • Coordinate with global teams to standardize processes and share best practices across regions
  • Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and business cases for senior leadership review

4. What Makes You a Great Fit

Job Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Operations, or related discipline with 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in CFD trading, brokerage, or fintech industry with deep understanding of market dynamics
  • Track record of leading process improvement initiatives and strategic projects in fast-growing financial services organizations

Technical and Functional Skills:

  • Strong analytical and research capabilities with proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools
  • Advanced project management skills with experience in PMO functions and strategic initiative delivery
  • Proficiency in process mapping, workflow optimization, and business process improvement methodologies
  • Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Business proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise effectively with Chinese stakeholders based outside of Singapore

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking capability combined with hands-on execution mindset
  • Strong collaboration skills with ability to work effectively across multiple departments and cultures
