Manager - Corporate Finance (Real Estate)

We are recruiting for a real estate investment firm looking to scale up their portfolio and with upcoming expansion plans, they are inviting a highly analytical and strategic finance professional to the lead in both the treasury functions and drive M&A initiatives.

Reporting to the Group CFO, you will take the lead in Treasury and M&A responsibilities as follows:

You will be overseeing group-level cash flow, liquidity planning, and working capital optimization across diverse real estate portfolios. You will be developing and executing comprehensive hedging strategies to mitigate currency and interest rate risks. You will be managing debt financing, negotiating with financial institutions, and optimizing capital structure to minimize the Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC).

You will lead complex valuation exercises, including DCF, public comparable analysis, and precedent transaction analysis for both standalone real estate assets and corporate entities. You will take the ownership of transaction management by overseeing the end-to-end M&A process, from pipeline development and due diligence to complex deal structuring and negotiation. You will build and maintain robust financial models (IRR, NPV, Yield on Cost) to evaluate acquisition targets and divestment opportunities.

You will ensure all deal structures, offer documents, and communications adhere to the General Principles and Rules of the Code and serve as the internal subject matter experts including major transaction disclosures and Interested Person Transactions (IPT).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or Real Estate. CFA/CA/ACCA or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred. You have about 7-10 years in corporate finance, or treasury, with a specific focus on the Real Estate industry.

• You have corporate valuation methodologies (enterprise value, equity value, multiples) and real estate asset-level modeling as well as financial risk management with proven expertise in interest rate and FX hedging strategies.
