Role Description
1) Brand Strategy & Brand Governance
- Lead the development and execution of corporate branding strategy to enhance brand presence, trust and reputation.
- Act as brand custodian to ensure brand identity, tone of voice and messaging consistency across all touchpoints.
- Establish and maintain brand guidelines, frameworks and governance processes.
2) Integrated Brand Campaigns & Partnerships
- Conceptualise, plan and execute integrated brand campaigns across traditional, digital and social platforms.
- Drive brand engagement initiatives, including branding partnerships, co-branded collaborations and sponsored brand activations.
- Track results and evaluate campaign effectiveness, translating insights into actionable improvements for future brand planning.
3) Content Strategy & Brand Storytelling
- Develop sustainable content strategies that strengthen brand positioning and thought leadership.
- Curate, create and oversee production of multimedia content (copywriting, visuals, video, event content).
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop compelling narratives aligned to brand proposition.
4) Brand Reputation & Media Positioning
- Support brand reputation efforts by identifying media and storytelling opportunities that align with brand strategy.
- Work closely with the communications function to respond to media queries and manage brand perception.
- Build and maintain relationships with key media partners and stakeholders.
5) Market Intelligence & Analytics
- Identify market trends and emerging topics to sharpen brand relevance and competitiveness.
- Monitor brand performance through media monitoring, social listening and engagement analytics.
- Use digital and social analytics to guide strategic decisions and strengthen brand effectiveness.
6) Editorial, Collaterals & Brand Materials
- Oversee corporate collaterals, publications and brand assets.
- Support writing and editing of speeches, editorials and key messaging for internal channels and corporate digital platforms.
7) Project Management & Events
- Lead brand projects from end to end, ensuring quality delivery, timeline management and stakeholder alignment.
- Plan and execute brand events and engagement initiatives that reinforce brand affinity and credibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or related disciplines.
- Experience
- 68 years of relevant experience in corporate branding / brand communications / corporate communications / PR / marketing communications.
- Preferably 4+ years of hands-on experience in brand and reputation management across traditional, digital and social media (Assistant Manager level or above).
- Strong understanding of branding trends, digital/social platforms and market shifts in Singapore and the region.
Proven track record in:
- delivering integrated brand campaigns
- managing brand partnerships
- using digital/social analytics to evaluate results and inform future planning
