Job Description

The role leads the full APAC Contract Logistics tender lifecycle, from early lead qualification all the way to contract award and smooth handover to implementation. It requires orchestrating crossfunctional stakeholders, ensuring governance, and delivering highquality, customerready proposals that clearly differentiate DP World.

Beyond managing tenders, the role shapes winning bid strategies with Sales and Key Account Managers, drives clarity and transparency through strong CRM and pipeline management, and continuously improves processes through postbid reviews and insights. Ultimately, this position elevates proposal quality, strengthens competitiveness, and drives disciplined commercial execution across the region.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Own and manage the full tender process for APAC Contract Logistics opportunities, ensuring strict governance and smooth handover to implementation.
  • Facilitate alignment sessions with Account Management to deliver highquality, customerready proposals and maintain CRM accuracy.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple RFQs concurrently while ensuring timely, highstandard submissions.
  • Analyze tender requirements and coordinate with global, regional, and country SMEs to develop robust technical and commercial proposals.
  • Partner with KAMs to shape bid strategies, win themes, and differentiated value propositions that elevate competitiveness.
  • Support preparation of RFI/RFQ documents and bid presentations, ensuring compelling and customercentric storytelling.
  • Prepare internal approval materials and engage senior stakeholders to secure timely alignment and unblock decision bottlenecks.
  • Drive strong crossfunctional collaboration, constructively challenging teams to improve bid quality based on market insight and past learnings.
  • Maintain accurate CRM opportunity data and support pipeline visibility and reporting for management.
  • Conduct postbid reviews to capture lessons learned and continuously strengthen proposal templates, processes, and strategies.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Contract Logistics, preferably in tender management, business development support, solutions design, or sales.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with platforms such as Ariba, Jaggaer, or Coupa is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Highly selfmotivated with strong planning, organizational, and project management capability.
  • High accountability and ownership of deliverables.
