Overview
Planning: To lead in developing strategy and implementation plan in increasing screening and vaccination rate in the western population with internal stakeholders and community partners.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategy to increase the screening and vaccination rate in the population in the West
- Develop and implement prototypes to test the strategies
- Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to implement plans to increase screening and vaccination rate
- Analysis of data for screening and vaccination
- Track and analyse screening and vaccination rate in population
- Analyse data and determine the areas for outreach to increase screening rates
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
- Able to think critically and strategically, with strong conceptual and analytical abilities
- Strong planning, project management and organisational skills
- Able to work well with others, to foster buy-in and collaboration
- Minimum 7 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in strategic planning and/ or programme development would be advantageou s
