Job Description:
- Responsible for leading, planning and coordinating daily activities for organisation
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations
- Lead engagements with external agencies and community partners to establish collaborations and referral workflows
- Taking charge of community outreach and publicity
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
- Budget planning for capital expenditure as well as overseeing the collection and management of patient and KPI
- Drive service excellence, identify and drive areas of process improvements, manpower planning
Job Requirement:
- Diploma / Degree qualification
- At least 6-8 years of experience of which 2 years are in supervisory capacity
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for a more senior role
- Candidates with healthcare, social service experience will be an added advantage
- Possess strong leadership, supervisory, organisational and change management skills
