We are seeking an experience Content Communications Manager to lead our efforts in effectively communicating with our direct sales force and to manage our omni-channel communication content of the organization. This role is based in Singapore and requires close collaboration with teams and subsidiaries worldwide.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage an internal communication ecosystem that supports the organization's goals, culture, and vision.
- Consolidate, enhance, and manage communication materials from different internal departments.
- Develop and manage a library of business resource content (e.g., product information, marketing templates, training materials) to support our sales force.
- Serve as the communication bridge between headquarters and global distributors.
- Ensure all communication crafted is clear, consistent, accurate, impactful and reflective of the brand's voice and values.
- Ensure distributors receive accurate, timely, and effective tools, messages, and information.
- Develop sales enablement materials and craft compelling sales narratives.
- Streamline communication channels to support the productivity of the sales force.
- Regularly assess and refine communication strategies to continuously improve communication effectiveness and content relevance.
- Maintain consistent messaging across markets and strengthen distributor relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in communications, marketing, CRM or related fields
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities with attention to detail
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across different departments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire employees at all levels
- Creative, proactive, and adaptable to changing organizational needs
- Effectively Bilingual in English and Mandarin - To liaise with the Mandarin-speaking counterparts
