Sr Manager - Client Success
What are we looking for
Foster positive and long term relationships with our customers as their primary point of
contact, ensuring continuity of existing revenue streams and identifying new streams to
upsell and cross-sell additional products and services opportunities, helping customers
futurify their business.
Job Responsibilities
1. Retain, manage, develop and grow existing client portfolio
2. Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing revenue
3. Analyze customer data to improve overall customer experience
4. Hold product demonstrations, discuss & present services & solution offerings,
develop POC for customers and convert them into additional revenue streams
5. Improve onboarding processes.
6. Mediate between client and the organization
7. Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints
8. Minimize customer churn
9. Aid in product design and product development based on customer feedback.
Qualification
1. Excellent client management skills with 8-10 years of experience in client
interfacing roles and managing multiple clients across geographies.
2. Exposure to onsite-offshore delivery using various delivery models and IT
services
3. Passionate, persuasive, articulate Cloud professional capable of quickly
establishing interest and credibility
4. Extensive experience in project/program management, resource management,
scheduling, planning, deployment, support, and training
5. Experience in managing change requests and prioritization in a fast-changing &
agile environment
6. Excellent understanding of process management, improvement practices,
change management process, operation services
7. Experience managing multiple clients
8. Good communication and negotiation skills
9. Excellent articulation skills and should be a master of proactive communication
10.Should act as an efficient bridge between the client and the delivery team and
any other internal and external stakeholders
11. Should be able to create impressive reports for external and internal
stakeholders to manage the perception and raise timely escalation
