Make your mark in Client Broker Engagement
The Client & Broker Engagement (CBE) Manager, Singapore is a critical coordination role managing AIG's client and broker relationships across all product lines, as well as driving new business activity and delivering on the Singapore CBE strategy.
Reporting to the Head of Client & Broker Engagement, Singapore, the role partners closely with stakeholders across Product, Claims, Multinational, Marketing/Communications, Operations, Finance and other key functions to drive consistency and outcomes across priority initiatives.
The CBE team serves major clients and broker partners through an elevated, personalized experience - our client-centric framework drives a consistent experience and best practice, while allowing flexibility to meet the client's needs.
This role is responsible for ensuring Singapore CBE priorities are delivered effectively.
How you will create an impact
Co-manage with the Head of CBE on the Client & Broker Engagement relationships across Singapore.
Coordinate and execute AIG's CBE initiatives and strategic priorities (e.g., strategic broker engagement initiatives, client engagement activity, customer experience initiatives and other CBE-led priorities) at the local level.
Execute on identified pipeline of opportunities across the range of AIG Underwriting products and Claim Services, through developing and strengthening client and broker relationships.
Work closely with the analytics team to ensure that timely data is available to review the performance of key Broker and Client relationships.
Work closely with the Product Lines Leaders (both local and regional) and the marketing team to establish a visible market presence and enable Thought Leadership to be demonstrated in industry, client and broker forums.
Participate in CBE projects, providing inputs at the local level.
Comply with the AIG global Broker and Client management framework.
Key objectives:
Improve the quality of the AIG relationship with key Brokers and Clients, development clients and their brokers through greater transparency of AIG and knowledge transfer.
Achievement of agreed new business target through new and cross sell sales to strategic clients, development clients and prospects
Maintain AIG Salesforce for accounts within assigned portfolio
Manage designated ad-hoc projects and events
To carry out your accountabilities and objectives within the framework of AIG Singapore's Compliance and Regulatory policies.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong project management capability with a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advanced capability in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills (internal and external).
Ability to prioritise effectively, handle conflict/difficult situations and deliver outcomes through influence.
Strong attention to detail, with a practical, proactive and solutions-oriented mindset creative problem solver and lateral thinker.
