Prepare and review full sets of accounts and compilation reports for a dedicated client portfolio, ensuring compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and tax regulations.
Lead and guide a team servicing multiple client portfolios, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of accounting, payroll, and statutory reporting services.
Review unaudited financial statements and XBRL filings.
Handle year-end account closing and respond to audit and tax queries from auditors, tax agents, and regulators.
Oversee payroll processing, CPF submissions, and statutory payroll reporting for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Provide technical guidance on Singapore accounting standards, payroll practices, and corporate tax matters to team members and clients.
Prepare and follow up on fee proposals, supporting the onboarding of new client companies and the expansion of services.
Manage portfolio billing, collections, and revenue performance, ensuring financial targets are met.
Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, reporting timelines, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
Professional qualification from a recognised accounting body (e.g., ACA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA).
Minimum 8 years relevant experience, including experience in management or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge and practical application of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (FRS), IFRS, and corporate tax regulations.
Experience with payroll administration and statutory reporting requirements (CPF submissions, year-end filings).
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, senior management, and team.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects, deliver quality work, and meet deadlines.
Experience in an outsourced accounting or professional services environment is preferred.
