Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Business Development & Partnerships Manager to drive new revenue opportunities for a food centre in Raffles Place, one of Singapore's most iconic dining destinations.

This role focuses on commercialising the space within through corporate events, brand partnerships, and advertising opportunities. You will actively engage corporate clients, develop event proposals, and build strategic partnerships to maximise the venue's potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow revenue.

  • Reach out to corporate clients for events, roadshows, brand activations and advertising opportunities within the venue.

  • Conduct cold calling, sales pitching, and partnership outreach.

Corporate Events & Space Monetisation

  • Promote as a venue for corporate events, private functions, and brand activations.

  • Develop event proposals including space rental, catering, and event concepts.

  • Package and monetise high-traffic areas for brand banners, pop-ups and marketing activations.

Client & Partner Management

  • Build strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and event organisers.

  • Manage accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan and oversee events from concept to completion.

  • Coordinate with tenants, vendors and operations teams for smooth event execution.

  • Ensure all health, safety and operational standards are met.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Work with marketing teams to develop sales materials and campaigns promoting as an event venue.

Requirements

  • Degree in any discipline.

  • At least 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Events, Marketing or Partnerships.

  • Experience in events, hospitality, F&B, advertising or venue sales will be an advantage.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Comfortable with cold calling, pitching and client engagement.

  • Independent, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
