Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of business development activities
• Assist in the preparation and documentation of business development proposals, presentations, and reports
• Maintain organized records and documentation related to business development activities
• Manage the calendars and schedule meetings for the business development team
• Respond to inquiries and requests for information promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment of messaging and promotional materials with business development objectives

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the Private Banking or HNW space, especially wealth planning and insurance team will be a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin. Other languages will be a plus
