To lead in planning and execution of infrastructure-related AEI from inception to completion. Ensure project viability through feasibility assessments, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and driving timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery that aligns with organisational objectives.
Oversee and direct project team comprising end-users, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality AEI projects
Define project strategy and requirements by aligning design, functional, and operational needs with organisational goals in Downtown East
Oversee tender process including development of tender strategy, preparation of documents, evaluations, and making award recommendations to management
Drive project execution and governance to ensure completion on schedule and within budget, implement quality control, and cost-control measures
Engage key stakeholders by providing timely updates and facilitating decision-making on key project issues
Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation to enhance project efficiency, sustainability, and compliance with regulatory requirements
Prepare CAPEX proposals and monitor budgets for AEI and development projects
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture or related field;
Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in handling building-related projects from inception to completion, CAPEX planning and management
Demonstrated track record of delivering AEI/ retrofit works, A&A projects, and infrastructure upgrades
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Microsoft Project
In-depth understanding of A&A works, contracts administration and procurement processes
Effective stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
