WHAT YOU WILL OWN
BU Relationships & Brief Management
• Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned Business Units — own the relationship, not just the brief
• Attend BU planning sessions and proactively identify marketing opportunities tied to business priorities
• Translate BU objectives into marketing briefs, campaign strategies, and measurable plans
• Manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables — ensure BUs see marketing as a partner, not a vendor
• Represent marketing's capabilities and limitations clearly so BUs brief appropriately
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis relevant to Singapore BU priorities —bring intelligence into campaign briefs, not just execution
• Track Singapore market trends, competitor activity, and audience behaviour to inform campaign positioning and timing
Acquisition Campaigns
• Own end-to-end campaign delivery for key acquisition-focused initiatives — from strategy to post-campaign analysis
• Work with CRM, content, and digital channels to build integrated campaigns with consistent messaging
• Set campaign KPIs upfront and report against them — leads generated, conversion rates, cost per acquisition
• Run Retail Equities marketing including investor campaigns, events, and co-branded activations
• Manage campaign budgets and timelines — track spend against plan and flag variances early
Events & Brand Visibility
• Lead event strategy for BU-relevant activations — from concept through to post-event reporting
• Manage event logistics in partnership with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Ensure events are tied to measurable acquisition or engagement outcomes, not just brand presence
• Manage the Beyond the Boardroom programme and similar thought leadership initiatives, using them as intelligence-gathering opportunities to understand market sentiment and competitor activity
Digital & Social Media (Supporting Channel)
• Support campaign amplification across social media channels — coordinate with the content team on Singapore-specific posts tied to campaign launches, events, and partnerships
• Provide Singapore BU context to the content team for social media messaging — ensure campaigns reflect local market nuance
• Monitor social performance of Singapore campaigns and feed insights back into campaign planning
• Manage campaign budgets for Singapore initiatives — track spend against plan, flag variances early, and report on cost-per-acquisition
