Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as an Area Product Owner for Salesforce Sales Cloud (ONE Force)
- Play a key role in supporting the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of solutions that enhance employee experiences
- Promote Sales Cloud as the Sales Lifecycle management tool for the organisation
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and the Product Owner to ensure features and enhancements align with strategic goals and user needs
- Drive technology-enabled process improvements using Salesforce's declarative tools and ecosystem
- Define requirements, optimise workflows, and ensure that solutions deliver measurable business value
- Serve as the bridge between the Global Process Management team (the Product's Business Owner) and the Technical Architect teams, translating business needs into innovative and valuable products
- Work closely with the SCRUM team, acting as the primary PO interface for the SCRUM team, focusing on managing the Team Backlog and conducting weekly RAID huddles to flag and fix blockers
Requirements
- Degree in relevant fields
- At least 7 years of experience in roles requiring strong analytical, logical thinking and strategic planning skills
- Strong proficiency and working experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
- Project management and digital-related experience and knowledge highly advantageous
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for developing innovative solutions
- Ability to conduct workshops and explain solutions to business teams in a concise, effective way
- Mentor junior Product Owners and team members to build a high-performing, collaborative product management community
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Ecosystem tools highly preferred
- Knowledge and experience in data and metrics orientation highly preferred
