Evaluate tender and recommend contract contractor/subcontractor selection.
Proficiency in Microsoft office, Cost Estimation Analysis, Measurement and Valuation, Contractual Knowledge, Negotiation, Leadership.
Willingness to travel, ability to handle a dynamic and fast-paced working environment and multiple tasks management.
Requirement:
Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management.
Minimum 5 years experience.
