Job Description
The Progressive Wage Mark Administration Office (PWMAO) administers the Progressive Wage Mark (PW Mark) on behalf of the tripartite partners as part of Singapore's national effort to uplift the wages and well-being of lower-wage workers. The scheme recognises employers that meet progressive wage requirements, while the higher-tier PW Mark Plus recognises those that adopt progressive workplace practices to better support lower-wage workers.
The Manager / Assistant Manager will help increase adoption of these accreditations and deliver a trusted, seamless experience for employers. Working with MOM, employers, trade associations and teams across SBF, the incumbent will manage applications and outreach initiatives, translate policy requirements into practical processes, use data to improve programme outcomes, and help employers progress towards more inclusive and responsible workplace practices.
This role offers the opportunity to build experience across public policy, employer engagement, programme delivery and digital process improvement while contributing to a nationally significant accreditation. The incumbent will work with tripartite partners and businesses across diverse sectors, take ownership of defined initiatives, and see how employer insights and operational improvements translate into a stronger accreditation experience and wider adoption of progressive wage practices.
