What The Role Is
You will join the Population Health Division (PHD) which is responsible for developing concepts, policies and working models with partners to encourage strong preventive health support in the community.
You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.

What you will be working on
- Develop strategies and plans for population health, with a specific focus on resident activation and community partnerships
- Gather and translate insights into strategies and plans that consider resident needs, behaviours and preferences
- Identify emerging priority areas and shape effective interventions, including by reviewing resident service journeys, digital journeys and identifying necessary enhancements
- Collaborate with partners to develop, implement and evaluate interventions to improve population health outcomes
What We Are Looking For
- Tertiary qualification in any discipline is required
- Prior experience in user research or behavioural science is preferred
- Curious and analytical, with good writing and communication skills
- Interest in exploring, developing and testing solutions to activate residents for population health
- Self-driven and able to build connections and work collaboratively with multiple teams
- Commitment to and persistence in improving the healthcare system in resident-centric ways to serve Singaporeans better
