- We are looking for a Psychologist to enhance organisational resilience, provide psychological care, and deliver impactful well-being programmes for uniformed personnel.

The Talent
- Degree in Psychology or higher (required)
- Familiarity with uniformed services or public sector environments is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
- Excellent presentation skills with confidence in engaging both small and large audiences
- Strong interpersonal, consultation, and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Job Description
- Design and implement systems and processes to strengthen organisational support for personnel well-being
- Develop, review, and deliver resilience and well-being training programmes across all levels
- Provide psychological support and intervention for personnel experiencing mental health challenges or exposure to critical incidents
- Offer professional consultation on psychology and behavioural science to individuals, teams, and organisational units
- Build and maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct applied research in resilience and well-being
- Support operational and departmental functions as required
