  • Business Partnership and Management Reporting
    • Be the central point of contact for the Schools, Offices, Centres and Institutes (SOCI) on all finance-related matters.
    • Build strong, effective relationships across SOCI to ensure their needs are addressed and finance policies are understood.
    • Prepare regular financial performance reports of the SOCI to ensure accuracy, completeness, and appropriate presentation.
    • Evaluate the financial performance with relevant stakeholders to determine any actions to be taken.
    • Support budgetary control, including monitoring of fund utilisation and performing system budget/ fund transfers.
    • Enhance SOCI's awareness and adherence to financial policies.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
    • Facilitate budget & forecast submissions of the SOCI
    • Review standardisation of budget costing and allocation
    • Assist in financial projections such as student numbers/learners, revenue and expenditure as required
  • Process Improvement
    • Align and streamline processes within and across SOCI to achieve consistency and efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Accountancy or Business/Finance.
  • CA qualifications preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of FP&A or equivalent management reporting and business partnering experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keen interest in driving process improvements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word.
  • Familiar with BI tools (eg. Power BI, Qliksense, Tableau).
  • Familiar with SAP usage and data extraction.
  • Fluent in both written & spoken English.
