You will be responsible for supporting investment and asset management initiatives across Shangri-La's hospitality portfolio, conducting financial analysis, evaluating asset enhancement opportunities, and contributing to projects that drive value creation and long-term portfolio performance.

As a Manager/Assistant Manager, We Rely on You To

• Develop assessments on various investment and asset enhancement opportunities for range of real estate asset classes (hospitality, retail and commercial)
• Assist in the preparation of various cash flow, valuations, investment reports and other ad-hoc presentations and analysis
• Facilitate the rollout of investment strategies and initiatives within the hotels
• Participate in other regional asset related and corporate projects

We Are Looking for Someone With

• A bachelor's degree in real estate, hospitality, finance, surveying, or relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality or retail real estate, financial analysis, consulting, research, and business strategy
• A good understanding of the real estate sector with a focus on hospitality
• Good financial modelling and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple projects and large amount of data
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
