This role is an exciting opportunity to strengthen agency sales effectiveness by driving CRM discipline, improving pipeline hygiene, and equipping agents with practical playbooks and coaching support. It contributes directly to our mission by helping teams work more consistently, compliantly, and effectively-ultimately improving lead management, conversion outcomes, and field performance. The role also plays an important part in ensuring strong data privacy and consent practices, supporting responsible and trusted business growth. In return, the successful candidate will gain broad exposure across agency leadership, sales, marketing, and compliance, while building valuable experience in sales enablement, operational excellence, and strategic stakeholder partnership.
Position Responsibilities:
1. CRM Discipline & Pipeline Hygiene
Drive CRM standards and compliance across agency users, ensuring clean data, accurate status updates, and disciplined usage of required fields.
Monitor sales pipelines, perform hygiene audits, and intervene with corrective actions where needed.
Ensure CRM workflows reflect best practices and support consistent, predictable sales execution.
2. Playbooks, Enablement & Sales Readiness
Develop and maintain sales playbooks mapped to CRM stages, including talk tracks, objection‑handling scripts, qualification criteria, and required documentation.
Enable agents through guided coaching, micro‑learning modules, and hands‑on support focused on improving lead handling and conversion behaviors.
Partner with Agency Leaders to embed playbooks into daily coaching rhythms.
3. Data Privacy & Consent Management
Oversee data privacy compliance for lead handling, including granular consent purposes, regional regulatory requirements, and revocation workflows.
Ensure agents follow proper consent protocols and maintain accurate records within CRM.
Partner with compliance teams to keep processes updated with evolving regulations.
4. Partner Enablement with Agency Leadership
Support Agency Leaders in driving lead management discipline within their teams.
Co‑create strategies for agent-led partnerships and field collaboration models.
Provide dashboards, insights, and coaching tools to help leaders monitor and improve field performance.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
Experience in sales operations, CRM management, agency distribution, or lead management preferred.
Strong understanding of lead lifecycle processes, CRM systems, and sales funnels.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working across Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams.
Familiarity with data privacy and consent management principles is a plus.
