Job Summary
You will maintain excellent customer service to attract and retain customers, manage restaurant opening and closing procedures, handle POS sales tallying, plan staff schedules, and support all operations including dishwashing.
Responsibilities
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service to encourage new and repeat business
- Execute restaurant opening and closing procedures accurately to ensure smooth operations
- Reconcile POS credit and cash sales daily to maintain accurate financial records
- Develop and manage staff schedules to optimize workforce coverage and efficiency
- Support all operational tasks, including dishwashing, to maintain cleanliness and workflow
Required competencies and certifications
- Ability to work weekends and public holidays to meet operational needs
- Ability to work night shifts until 4am and arrange own transport for shift
