As the Manager, Analytics & Insights, you will partner with business and product teams to translate complex business questions into data-driven insights, recommendations and actions.

You will apply analytics and business intelligence to support business strategy, customer and product decisions, revenue growth and operational improvements. From working with large datasets and building scalable analytics solutions to leveraging AI-powered tools, you will help turn data into meaningful business outcomes.

How You will Make An Impact:

• Partner with business stakeholders to frame business problems, define analytical approaches and translate data into actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.

• Analyse large and complex datasets to identify customer, product and commercial trends, uncover opportunities and diagnose business performance.

• Develop and maintain scalable analytics solutions, including automated data pipelines, recurring reporting, dashboards and self-service BI capabilities to reduce reliance on manual analysis.

• Own analytics end-to-end, from understanding the business question and sourcing and transforming data through analysis, interpretation, recommendations and measurement of outcomes.

• Work closely with Product, Customer Lifecycle Management and other business teams to evaluate initiatives, identify growth and retention opportunities and track business outcomes.

• Leverage AI and emerging analytics tools, including copilots, AutoML and BI assistants, to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive work and improve speed from data to insight.

• Apply appropriate validation and human judgement when using analytical and AI-generated outputs.

• Support planning and budgeting processes and prepare materials for regular business reviews, Singtel Singapore and Group top management performance updates and annual planning.

• Coordinate planning, preparation and pre-syndication with key stakeholders and follow through on subsequent execution.

• Shape responsible adoption of AI analytics tools and support teams in understanding their capabilities and limitations.

Skills for Success:

• Degree in business, data analytics, engineering or a related discipline.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in data analytics.

• Proven experience in data analysis, data visualisation and presentation of findings.

• Strong proficiency in business intelligence and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for analysis and executive communication.

• Strong hands-on analytics capabilities, including SQL and Python/R.

• Experience working with large and complex datasets in cloud data platforms or data warehouses.

• Strong data and AI literacy, including the ability to understand analytical and AI models conceptually, evaluate assumptions and outputs, identify limitations or potential biases and apply appropriate business judgement.

• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.

• Able to structure complex insights into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Able to work effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.

• Self-starter who is comfortable learning new data tools, concepts and technologies.
