Manager

You will be joining our global pool of strategy consultants, and you will lead both local and international projects as our teams work in partnership across the world.

As Manager, you will primarily be responsible for the management and delivery of projects, however you will also contribute to business development activities.

You will play a significant role in the career development and mentoring of project teams, as well as line-management of team members.

Our projects include strategy design, due diligence and M&A, business planning, and regulatory work. You will work on a wide range of projects that vary in terms of topic, size and timeframe.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing and delivering projects across the TMT industries
• Managing a diverse range of project types across a range of different geographies
• Controlling and optimising resources and costs in the delivery of projects
• Helping to develop intellectual capital around expert topic areas to support project delivery and sales
• Building attributable client relationships based on the breadth and depth of your TMT expertise
• Proactively inspiring high levels of performance from project teams
• Developing and mentoring project teams and sector members, as well as line-managing team members

As such, you need existing consulting experience, managing and delivering strategic projects, with a clear focus in TMT.
