Responsibilities of a Manager
- Work with Human Resources sta torecruit, interview, select, hire,andemploy an appropriate number ofemployees.

- Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes andprocedures to enhance speed, quality,efficiency, and output.
- Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of the department. Prepares periodic reports for management, asnecessary or requested, totrackstrategic goal accomplishment.
- Communicate regularly with other managers, the director,vicepresident, president, and other designated contacts withintheorganization
Manager Job Requirements
- Knowledge and experience inbusiness, supervision,andmanagement.
- Knowledge of the functions,operation, and mission of thespecificdepartment.
- Better than average written andspoken communication skills.
- Outstanding interpersonalrelationship building andemployeecoaching and development skills.
- Management experience in a teamoriented workplace preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead anddevelop a department and department staff members.
- Demonstrated knowledge of basiceconomics, budgeting, andaccounting principles and practices.
- Demonstrated ability to serve as aknowledgeable resource to the organization's management team that provides leadership and direction.
- Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Musinclude knowledge of Excel andskills in Access..Evidence of the ability to practice ahigh level ofconfidentiality.
- Excellent organizational managementskills.
