Job Description

Role Overview

Based in Singapore and reporting to the Vice President, Airline Leasing & Sales (Product Specialist), the Manager, Airline Leasing & Sales (Product Specialist) plays a key role in enabling commercial success across aircraft and engine leasing transactions. The role partners closely with Regional Marketing Directors (RMDs), Heads of Department (HoDs), Senior Management, and customers to develop differentiated product solutions, support strategic deal structuring, and strengthen the Company's competitive positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop bestinclass product proposals and narratives to support aircraft and engine leasing transactions
  • Design and deliver tailored structuring solutions that meet airline customers commercial and financial needs
  • Conduct financial analysis and modelling, including lease economics, pricing comparisons, and scenario analysis
  • Prepare and deliver highquality customer presentations, articulating the Company's product strengths versus competitors
  • Engage airline customers directly to understand their priorities and support Regional Marketing Directors in deal execution
  • Gather and analyse market intelligence, including customer data, pricing trends, and competitor offerings
  • Translate market insights into actionable inputs for product strategy and commercial decisionmaking
  • Support complex deal structuring and evaluate commercial tradeoffs
  • Provide analytical and strategic input to senior management on product support initiatives and priorities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline; a postgraduate qualification or professional certification would be an advantage
  • Strong financial modelling skills with solid understanding of lease economics and corporate finance principles
  • Good knowledge of aviation leasing, including financial, tax, legal, accounting, and credit risk considerations
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analytics tools is an advantage
  • Prior experience in aviation, aircraft leasing, banking, or finance preferred
  • Strong presentation, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Selfmotivated, analytical, and commercially minded, with a collaborative and proactive approach
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet customers
