We are seeking a strategy-focused professional to support sales performance, business planning, and growth initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This role will work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, provide data-driven insights, and support the execution of key business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and improve performance outcomes
- Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and recommend actionable strategies
- Support sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking across key business drivers
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive implementation and ensure alignment
- Lead or support strategic projects from planning through to execution
- Prepare management reports, business cases, and presentation materials for leadership
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track progress and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- 5–8 years of experience in sales strategy, business planning, consulting, or performance management
- Experience in financial services or a regulated environment will be advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actions
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
