Job Description

Accounting:

  1. Oversee over-all finance operations, including AR and AP.
  2. Responsible for financial planning, forecasting and budgeting for the company.
  3. Preparation of monthly Payroll and CPF submission.
  4. Prepare and review monthly Financial Statements.
  5. Accurate & timely submission of financial & management reports.
  6. Coordinate with external parties including governments, auditors, etc.
  7. Prepare Monthly Invoices to clients.
  8. Handle other ad-hoc duties.

Human Resource:

  1. Lead and develop/train admin team as well as ensuring the optimal structure is in place.
  2. Perform full spectrum HR duties, including managing employee medical benefits, claims annual leave, CPF contribution, recruitment, payroll and foreign manpower employment passes.
  3. Answer and provide to MOM and other government related survey on monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
  4. Knows how to handle confidential matter.
  5. Update and handles records of Leave records and attendance.
  6. Prepare and issue relevant letters to staff like Appointment, Confirmation, Increment etc.
  7. Mentoring and counselling staffs (when required)
  8. Oversee operations and administrative functions.

Requirements:

  1. Degree/Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Administration/Management or related disciplines with minimum of 3 years of experience in managerial capacity.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, confidence and maturity to interact effectively with all levels of staffs.
  3. Has good knowledge in Corporate Tax, GST, Employment Act, MOM rules and regulations.
  4. Experience in QuickBooks will be an advantage.
