Job Description

We are seeking a strategy-focused professional to support sales performance, business planning, and growth initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This role will work closely with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives, provide data-driven insights, and support the execution of key business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive sales growth and improve performance outcomes
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and recommend actionable strategies
  • Support sales planning, forecasting, and performance tracking across key business drivers
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive implementation and ensure alignment
  • Lead or support strategic projects from planning through to execution
  • Prepare management reports, business cases, and presentation materials for leadership
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to track progress and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 5–8 years of experience in sales strategy, business planning, consulting, or performance management
  • Experience in financial services or a regulated environment will be advantageous
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
