Job Summary
You will lead and supervise a team of at least 30 personnel to deliver effective management, sales, support, and operational outcomes. You will apply your expertise as a motor vehicle mechanic in Singapore to service, repair, maintain, and rectify motor vehicles while troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues. You will also engage directly with customers to address their queries, requests, and concerns, demonstrating autonomy and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of at least 30 personnel to achieve operational and service objectives
- Manage sales, support, and operational activities to drive business performance
- Apply motor vehicle mechanic expertise to service, repair, maintain, and rectify motor vehicles in compliance with Singapore standards
- Troubleshoot and diagnose motor vehicle issues to ensure timely and accurate resolution
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries, requests, and concerns to enhance service satisfaction
- Work independently with minimal supervision to maintain productivity and quality in a fast-paced environment
Required competencies
- Proven experience as a motor vehicle mechanic in Singapore
- Demonstrated ability to service, repair, maintain, and rectify motor vehicles
- Competence in troubleshooting and diagnosing motor vehicle issues
Preferred competencies
- Experience in management, sales, support, and operations
- Leadership experience supervising a team of at least 30 personnel
