Management Trainee (Youth Travel Segment)

Job Summary
We are seeking passionate fresh graduates to join our Management Trainee program within the Youth Travel Segment. This role offers comprehensive cross-department rotations, providing hands-on experience in tour planning, project execution, and business development. Trainees will work on real travel projects including campaigns, events, and customer experience initiatives.

The position aims to build strong leadership and management skills through meaningful responsibilities and mentorship, preparing candidates for career progression from Management Trainee to Executive, Senior Executive, Team Lead, and eventually Department Head or Manager.

Job Responsibility

• Experience cross-department rotations across core business function.
• Work on real travel projects: campaigns, events, and customer experiences.
• Gain hands-on exposure to tour planning and execution, project-based assignments.
• Support business development initiatives and strategic growth plans.
• Build management skills through real responsibilities

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, or related field
