Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Trainee specializing in Wellness/Salon Operation, located in Singapore. The Management Trainee will be involved in day-to-day salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. The role includes tasks such as managing staff schedules, overseeing inventory, and coordinating with the marketing team for promotional activities. The trainee will also participate in strategic planning sessions, assist in training new staff, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily wellness studio operations, including class scheduling, client registration, and front-desk support
- Ensure excellent customer service by handling client inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly
- Coordinate with instructors, therapists, and service providers to deliver smooth and high-quality sessions
- Support wellness events, workshops, and promotional activities to enhance client engagement
- Monitor studio upkeep, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards
- Learn inventory management, including ordering and tracking wellness products or supplies
- Participate in training programs to develop leadership, operational management, and client relations skills
- Prepare basic reports on client attendance, service feedback, and operational performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, HR, Finance) to align operations with business goals
- Contribute ideas to improve service delivery, client experience, and operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field
- Passionate about being trained in Operations and willing to learn.
