Responsibilities
- Follow Food Hygiene Standards to maintain a safe and clean food environment
- Achieve sales targets by applying effective sales strategies and upselling techniques
- Manage customer service by responding to inquiries, handling feedback, and fulfilling customer requests
- Participate actively in daily store operations including opening, closing, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Track inventory accurately to ensure stock availability and minimize waste
- Assist in managing duty rosters to support smooth store operations
- Enforce company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and comply with NEA regulations to maintain operational standards
