Programme Purpose (18 months):

Our Sales Management Trainee Programme is designed to develop future sales leaders-not just deal closers. You'll gain market insight, leadership skills, and influence across clients, consultants, and partners. Graduates progress to Sales Engineer roles, with a clear path to Sales Manager within 4-6 years.

What You'll Do

  • Rotate across four Business Units (minimum 4 months per unit): Service Sales,

  • Project Sales, Distribution Sales, and Broadcasting Sales.

  • Learn how real sales and projects work in the AV & technology industry.

  • Support business development and client engagement, building strong relationships

  • with clients, consultants, and partners.

  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and tenders.

  • Join client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations to understand real-world

  • applications.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering and project teams to develop tailored solutions.

  • Gain insights into sales strategy, market trends, and customer needs.

  • Who We're Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Business, or related fields.

  • Curious, resilient, and passionate about sales leadership.

  • Confident influencing stakeholders and building relationships.
