Management Trainee (Operations)

Job Description

• Assisting the Assistant/Restaurant Manager on day to days operations
• Accomplish and maintain the highest quality of food, beverage and services
• Check Work Stations for operations
• Ensure food served in accordance to SOPs
• Manage quality control at store level and execute crisis management plans
• Display service performance and manage customers expectations
• Display productivity performance
• Maintain inventories and stock taking activities
• Cover duties (both service and kitchen) when required
• Solve problems and make decisions at managerial level
• Generate reports and present store performance
• Follow F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures
• Handling administration and paperwork
• Plan staff duty roster and cleaning duties
• Hiring and training of new staffs
• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong interest in building a career in management and operations
• Good integrity and personality
• Lead by example with a positive and professional image
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Serve the guest with a warm smile at all times
• Flexible, adaptable and willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Possess valid Food Safety Course Level 1/3 certification will be an advantage
