RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist customers in enquires.
- Ensuring stock levels are well maintained.
- Assume full P&L responsibilities for all aspects of the restaurant operations to achieve sales performance,bottom line and strategic objectives.
- Plan promotional and brand management activities.
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
- Oversee overall manpower planning and ensure adequate manpower deployment.
- Ensure good inventory and order management.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 Year(s) of experience within the F&B industry, with at least 3 years of experience of leadership
- capabilities.
- Bilingual.
- Strong Sales and Customer Service orientation.
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to engage all functions.
- Team Player with strong leadership qualities.
- Willing to learn and take on new challenges.
