Management Trainee (Kitchen, Western Cuisine)

Work days: 5/6 days (TBC during interview), Tue to Sun, 1030am - 930pm (2 hr break)

Location: Tanjong Pagar / Tanglin

Salary: $ 3,000 - 3,700 + Incentives + VB

Responsibilities:

• Kitchen preparation, maintain hygiene, cleanliness.
• Preparing, cooking and presenting food at a designated station in a kitchen
• Responsible for the standard quality and quantity of food produced.
• Any other duties assigned

Requirements:

• Min. 1 year relevant experience
