As the Biggest Lifestyle Beauty Lounge, we have created a series of new concept salons that blend with lifestyle and trends through working in global teams across Singapore, Malaysia and Philippines. While you may be familiar with names such as Leekaja, Walking on Sunshine and Civasan, we are also looking to open more outlets of such fusion concepts in Malaysia.
What is a Fast Track Programme
During our 2 years Management Trainee Programme, candidates will undergo intensive On-The-Job Training. You will be placed in one of our renowned outlets to interact with existing employees, gain exposure to the F&B and Salon industry, as well as understand your strengths and interests better.
Career plan
Opportunities for career growth and Development Opportunities will be given within these 2 years. Candidates who successfully completed and master this programme will be promoted to Assistant Outlet or placed in other departments upon discussion. Candidates may also look forward to honing their skills further and rapidly grow to be our Manger, Outlet Manager or even Area Manager.

Job Description & Requirements
1) Attend customer's needs and queries
2) Handle and resolve customer complaints
3) Ensure to give a wonderful salon experience for each customers
4) Provide quality Management and Administrative support
5) Oversee an efficient and effective day to day operations of the branch or outlet
6) Coach and develop colleagues to ensure standards are being maintained
7) Assist in the development strategy plans
8) Monitor and manage customer complaints, ensure satisfaction and administer efficient follow up for same to receive feedback
9) Implement and Improve customers retention and also to bring in more new customers
10) Attracts customers by answering product and service questions
11) Monitor in ensuring a clean and safe working environment
12) Assist Managers complete daily tasks (implementing new policies)
13) Understand each department's daily processes and goals
14) Participate in company's strategic planning
15) Assist Manager in evaluating performance (writing reports and data)
Requirements
1) A degree in Management or Business
2) Strong verbal and written communication skills
3) Well-groomed and professional appearance that best suitable to the salon image
4) Customer-Oriented or Passionate about serving customers
5) Effective communication skills
6) Knowledge or experience in management or relevant similar field is a plus
