Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated graduates to join our Management Trainee Program in the F&B sector. The program provides structured training in restaurant operations and people management, with a clear career path towards Store Manager and beyond.
Responsibilities
. Participate in day-to-day restaurant operations (front-of-house, cashiering, kitchen support, delivery coordination).
. Learn and implement operational SOPs to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
. Assist the Store Manager in staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
. Support sales and marketing activities to improve store performance.
. Handle customer enquiries and resolve feedback to enhance service quality.
. Assist with stock control, wastage management, and daily/weekly reporting.
. Undergo rotational training across operations, supply chain, and business support functions.
Requirements
. Diploma / Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related disciplines.
. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
. Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
. Passion for the F&B industry with a growth mindset.
