Management Trainee

Job Description:

• Customer service, sales pitching, managing turnovers, maintaining hygiene standards, and building public relations.
• Bartending duties and beverage preparation.
• Following kitchen cooking procedures, food preparation standards, and operational processes.
• Supporting and executing marketing events, along with digital marketing involvement.
• Completing daily reports, food and beverage cost reports, managing purchases, and overseeing staff rostering.

Requirement:

• Able to work on 6 days weeks (Sunday and PH off)
