Management Trainee Responsibilities:
. Complete all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
. Participate in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.
. Observe and learn from experienced staff members.
. Understand company policies, protocols, and processes.
. Take detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
. Fulfil any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.
. Adhere to all company regulations, and health and safety codes.
. Prepare documents and updating records.
. Learn about conflict resolution and sitting in on disciplinary hearings.
. Travel to different offices and participating in daily operations as required.
Job Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in any disciplines or relevant.
. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
. Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
. Able to work effectively both individually and in a team
. Proactive and inquisitive mindset with a desire to learn, question and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office
