MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (FRESH POLY / UNI GRADS WANTED)

MANAGMENT TRAINEEE (18 MONTHS)

This role will be a full time position with standard company benefits, that automatically converts into a managerial role (assistant manager / manager) in a specified field within the company. The trainee program is 18 months.

We are looking to hire an individual who would love the challenge to take up multiple roles in the organisation, the candidate will work on projects and daily task across multi disciplines such as operations / online and offline marketing / B2B and B2C / sales / data analytics / quality assurance / problem solving.

The ideal candidate should have just graduated from University or Polytechnic, is curious and passionate about the wholesale food trade, and is a go-getter.

The main job responsibilities:

Immediate Job Scope

1. Total improvements in terms of efficiency, communication, policy, and team work for the company across disciplines. The candidate will report directly to the General Manager, and get to work with the co-founders on ad-hoc projects current and future.

2. Implementation of AI where suitable to enhance overall company efficiency that directly leads to an increase revenue and/or decrease in costs.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Strong work ethic and willing to work remotely and on-site. This is a thankless business that runs 24/7, so having perserverance is necessary.

2. Independent with alot of initiative, needs little supervision.

3. Able to read and write in English is a must. Other language abilities is a plus.

4. Able to us microsoft office is a must.

5. Have a love for DATA and analysis.

6. Graduated from Polytechnic or University in the last 1-year.

OFFICE HOURS

MON - FRI: 7-9AM till 3-6PM (at your discretion)

SAT: Ad-hoc business needs basis
