Job Scope

Our Management Trainee Programme is designed for passionate and curious individuals looking to kickstart their careers in MedTech. This 3-month programme offers recent graduates an immersive experience in a fast-paced startup environment. While a technical background is not required, a strong interest in healthcare technology and a willingness to learn are essential.

Successful trainees will have the opportunity to progress into roles aligned with their skills and interests, including Operations, Robotics Software, Sales & Marketing, and more.

Programme Highlights

Trainees will rotate across key departments to gain broad exposure:

A. Operations Management

• Learn the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of EMMA, the world's first Tuina robot.
• Gain exposure to system troubleshooting, calibration, and integration.
• Contribute to workflow improvements and operational strategies.

B. Sales and Marketing Management

• Support the Business and Partnership team to design and execute marketing plans.
• Engage clients, resolve inquiries, and ensure excellent service quality.
• Collect and analyze client feedback to enhance solutions.
• Conduct product training sessions when required.

C. TCM Clinic Services (optional, only for candidate with relevant background or interest)

• Support healthcare teams to deliver high-quality clinical services.
• Assist in developing training plans and participate in clinical research where applicable.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in any field. A valid TCM education and/or TCMPB practising cert is a plus.
• Interest in medical technology and a long-term commitment to grow with the company.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
