- Able to deliver Budget (Sales and Profits), and to manage trade spend effectively
- Develop and sell winning JBP strategies for Distributors and Trade Channels
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing and maintaining productive long-term relationship with external partners
- Acquiring a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements
- Acquiring an in-depth understanding of your shoppers, categories and market
- Preparing volume forecast and plans
- Selling & executing with Multi-functional teams both externally and internally
- Resolving any issues of your clients and act as a link between your external and the internal teams.
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in consumer goods industry, either from Retailer, Distributor or Brand
- Proficiency in data usage and analysis - including foundational MS Excel and Power BI
- Foundational knowledge of trade, store and Australian import operations
- Handling of sales & commercial and managing Modern Retail, Australian Ethnic Supermarket and Food Service trade channels
- Ability to be physically in trade up to 30% of the time, predominantly Intrastate but Interstate on occasion if necessary
- English and Mandarin proficiency is mandatory, Cantonese is a plus.
