Position:Management Associate/ Intern
Summary
The selected candidates shall be required to undertake multiple responsibilities, providing them opportunities to learn all parts of our business (deal sourcing, diligence, capital formation and fund-raising activities).
Job Description & Requirements
- Proactively identify and source potential investment opportunities within the venture capital and startup ecosystem by monitoring industry trends, events, and emerging companies
- Assist in Investment due diligence, research, and preparation of deal teasers and memos for consideration of the board
- Develop and refine detailed financial models to evaluate potential returns, financing structures, and investment risks
- Support capital raising activities, including preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and investor communications
- Assist in tracking investor relations and preparing reports on fund performance and strategic initiatives
- Assist in documentation of standard operating procedures
- Assist in market research project
- Any other matters assigned by the management
Qualifications & Skills:
- Students pursuing master's degrees in finance, business, economics or related fields Exceptional students from recently completed undergraduate programs in the similar domains of study will also be considered
- Any prior experience in venture capital, private equity/credit, investment banking, corporate finance, or related sectors is a plus
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication skills
- Self-starter with a positive energy to work in a very early-stage business setup.
