Receive training and perform duties in various sections of the company's operations such as the Service Department, Kitchen Department, Supporting Function Department etc
Gain deep and thorough knowledge of the company's restaurant operation by rotating on each position
Learn from experienced employees to acquire information about methods, procedures, and standards required to perform and excel in your training
Progressively master the skills to run restaurant operations.
Acknowledge and achieve performance goals and objectives defined by management.
Consistently monitor individual performance and progression with your superior and management.
Upon completion of all basic training, set new goals and objectives with the management for your progression in the company.
Provide support as needed in various departments
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior.
Job Requirements:
Candidate possesses at least a Diploma in any field.
Applicants with relevant working experience in the related field will be an advantage, however, applicants without relevant working experience are also welcome to apply as full training will be provided
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
The role requires daily interaction with Chinese-speaking and non-English-speaking guests (in order to handle guest queries, concerns, and feedback) in a Chinese restaurant environment the ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin is an essential skill.
Successful applicants will have the opportunity to assign assignments at overseas branches.
