Job Details including but not limited to:
- Responsible for manpower scheduling, handling administrative matters, and managing inventory control where necessary.
- Ensure workflow are full compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards in all areas.
- Oversee staff training to ensure all employees are properly trained and continuously follow up on their training progress.
- Participate in company performance reviews and support the execution of company initiatives and improvement plans.
- Attend to queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when necessary.
Job Requirement:
- At least Diploma certification and above
- Positive, highly motivated, and able to multi-task
- Demonstrates strong punctuality and adherence to work schedules, reliable and able to commit to scheduled working hours.
