Management Executive (Shared Services)

You will:

• Champion office management: Keep facilities, meeting rooms and shared spaces running smoothly, while driving improvement projects that enhance the workplace.
• Elevate canteen experiences: Partner with users, tenants, and support teams to deliver enjoyable dining options for staff and port users.
• Streamline inventory management: Oversee procurement, distribution, and administration of office supplies, consumables, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Drive finance and contract administration: Monitor vendor performance, manage payments, and ensure contract renewals reflect evolving user needs.
• Guide purchasing decisions: Source quotations, evaluate options, and recommend solutions that balance quality and value.
• Lead with purpose: Supervise and inspire a team of Junior Officers to deliver excellence across Shared Services functions.
• Shape future tenders: Lead or support tender exercises that strengthen service delivery.
• Innovate processes: Contribute to adhoc projects and reviews that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction, including digitalization and AI.
